The aim of the project is to provide conditions guaranteeing the smooth functioning of the Coordination Centre for Environmental Projects as the Beneficiary Support Centre (CWB) - Nature Point - an information and advisory point for entities applying for funding for biodiversity protection activities in the PF 2021-2027, including, in particular, providing funding for salaries and related indirect costs. The implementation of the project will allow the use of staff who have previously carried out tasks related to the implementation of the 2007-2013 and 2014-2020 FPs to effectively perform duties related to the implementation of cohesion policy until 2027. Thanks to the funds from Technical Assistance, highly qualified staff will be involved in the operation of the CWB (Point for Nature), who have the competence to effectively support the implementation of cohesion policy for 2021-2027 and increase the absorption of funds for nature protection, by running an information point and training and advisory activities. The financing of the remuneration of the Centre’s staff is an expression of ensuring continuity in the functioning of staff until 2027, as described in the ‘Human Resources Management Plan for public administration institutions involved in the implementation of cohesion policy for 2021-2027’, in particular as regards: ensuring a stable and change-proof wage financing system and improving workers’ skills, providing an offer for experienced workers, promoting the uptake of flexible and attractive forms of work and developing non-wage benefits. For years, the Centre has been implementing a policy of equal treatment and anti-discrimination, as well as providing flexible forms of work organisation enabling reconciliation of work and private life. The scope of the project is consistent with the provisions of the programming documents. The planned expenditure complies with the eligibility rules set out in the Guidelines on the use of technical assistance for 2021-2027 and will be accounted for in accordance with the rules laid down by the MA. The project will be implemented in accordance with European Union and national law.
