Development of human resources management processes in MFIPR in 2023-2025 The aim of the project is to shape a healthy and effective workplace through the implementation of activities in the field of development of the effectiveness of human resource management processes, including: • developing and implementing a human resources management strategy aimed at making the most efficient use of the human potential involved in the implementation of the Partnership Agreement in the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy; • employer branding activities aimed at increasing employee involvement and building the MFIPR brand as an attractive employer, addressed both to employees of the ministry as well as potential job candidates; • creating a friendly working environment by developing and implementing an internal communication strategy; • support for the modernisation and digitalisation of ICZM processes, in particular the purchase and implementation of state-of-the-art IT solutions for human resources management. The level of eligibility of expenditure under the above-mentioned project will be determined on the basis of a horizontal indicator in the Ministry in a given year (in 2023 the indicator is 76%), and in the case of actions concerning/focusing exclusively on topics related to the implementation of European funds, expenditure will be borne 100% by the project.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
