The aim of the project is to provide support for the functioning of the Managing Authority of PT FE in the following areas: 1. Organisation of meetings of the PT FE Follow-up Committee, including: meeting expenses, reimbursement of Committee members' travel expenses, interpretation during meetings and materials for the European Commission, preparation and printing of materials for meetings of the MC, training of MC members, expertise for MC members. 2. Domestic travel by MA PT FE staff involved, inter alia, in carrying out on-the-spot checks on the implementation of projects and with the participation of MA PT FE representatives in meetings outside Warsaw (costs: travel, subsistence, accommodation). 3. Foreign delegations of employees of the MA PT FE related in particular to participation in meetings e.g. with the European Commission and other foreign meetings, etc. (costs: travel, subsistence and accommodation). 4. Organisation of meetings for the MA PT FE, in particular organisation of technical assistance coordination meetings, Technical Assistance Steering Group meetings, meetings with beneficiaries. 5. Interpretation and translation (according to current demand). 6. Preparation, reproduction and distribution of working and information materials, reports and reports. 7. Analyses, evaluations and expertise (including legal advice) related to the activities carried out by the MA PT FE. The frequency of expert opinions as well as their subject matter will depend on the emerging necessity. 8. Implementation of the evaluation for the MA PT FE. 9. Training for institutions involved in the implementation of cohesion policy funds. 10. Financing of the costs of closing the OPDP 2014-2020. The aim of the project is also to provide support for the functioning of the DZR in the following areas: 1. business trips of persons working in the DZR ensuring the smooth implementation of tasks resulting from the DZR Internal Organisational Regulations, including participation in audits and in the Monitoring Committees of the ROP and ROP and other meetings/conferences under the 2014-2020 and 2021-2027 financial perspectives, 2. organisation of meetings for the DZR regarding the 2021-2027 perspective, 3. training (e.g. audit) of persons working in the DZR involved in the implementation of tasks in the area of the 2021-2027 financial perspective. The DZR shall be authorised to bear the expenditure itself in so far as it is related to the support for the functioning of the DZR.
