The aim of the project is to strengthen staffing capacity and maintain the quality of human resources of the Office of Rail Transport at an appropriate level by co-financing the salaries of UTK employees involved in the implementation of cohesion policy. The project consists of funding over a period of 24 months (including: January-December 2022 and January-December 2023) 30 posts provided for the Office of Rail Transport as a key institution in the area of rail transport in accordance with the assumptions of the PTFE Programme 2021-2027. Within the 30 posts indicated above, it is planned to co-finance the costs of employing UTK staff involved in the implementation of cohesion policy in the following organisational units: Department of Technology and Products, Department of Monitoring and Safety, Department of Planning and Supervision and employees of UTK Regional Branches performing tasks of supervision over railway market entities as inspectors to the extent appropriate to the competences of the President of UTK. Within the scope of the project, the costs of basic salaries, internship allowances, additional annual remuneration, special incentive allowance, costs of ZUS and Labour Fund contributions, costs of contributions paid by the employer under Employee Capital Plans and other eligible elements of remuneration will be co-financed, such as: statutory prizes, bonuses, bonuses and others. As indicated by the MA of PTFE, two annexes will be attached to this grant application: 'Indicative timetable for the financing of salaries', one for 2022 and one for 2023.
