As part of the project, training is planned to create professional development opportunities for employees of the Ministry, improve their qualifications and competences, as well as increase motivation to work on the implementation of cohesion policy. Training activities include mainly individual domestic and foreign training, national group training, reimbursement of foreign language courses, studies and legal, legal and legislative applications, study visits as well as away team training.
