The aim of the project is to strengthen the competences of beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries of cohesion policy funds (SP) in the implementation of the following strategic projects included in the Strategy for Responsible Development, as well as to support and stimulate development, including by supporting potential beneficiaries of the SP in developing solutions and mechanisms for better development management: 1) "Partner Cities Initiative (PIM)" - the aim of the project is to improve the development conditions of cities and to create a platform for establishing permanent cooperation between cities and exchanging good practices. As part of the Initiative, cities create networks, expand knowledge and build competences in cooperation with other cities and experts and representatives of central administration. 2) "Advisory Support Centre (CWD)" - the project responds to the need to develop local government competences, especially in areas at risk of permanent marginalisation and in medium-sized cities losing their socio-economic functions, for strategic management, implementation of development projects and cooperation in the JST partnership, thereby contributing to the improvement of the effectiveness of the implementation of territorially oriented pub policies and increasing the efficiency of spending funds under cohesion policy programmes. 3) "Integrated documents" - the project assumes the piloting of integrated documents at the level of voivodships, rural and urban municipalities and the preparation of a long-term concept for the development of the country (KRK) and will contribute to better planning and coordination of the implementation of the most important development investments in space and the mitigation of emerging spatial conflicts, as well as supporting and stimulating development, inter alia, by supporting potential beneficiaries of the PS in developing solutions and mechanisms for better development management. The project is a continuation of project POPT.03.01.00-00-0401/22 implemented in POPT 2014-2020, where expenditure is incurred until 30 June 2023 and will be settled until 08 September 2023.
