The project is focused on the expansion of the company to foreign markets - especially to the so-called DACH region. Within 3 years, they aim to research the market, introduce their own products and services and obtain specific contracts. In the long term, the implementation of the project is expected to build a brand company and partner network on foreign markets. In successful markets, the goal is to build their own branches. Within 5 years of the implementation of the project, the aim is to achieve a foreign turnover of about 10% of the total turnover of the company.
