It is a reconstruction of buildings of a former machine and tractor station located on the outskirts of the town of Vroutek in the Ústí nad Labem Region. The buildings are part of the complex with a total area of 12.766 m2, while 2.848 m2 is built up in a total of 4 production and storage halls. The whole area was built in 1950 and used until 2000. It has been unused and unmaintained since then. The site was acquired in 2022. We will put individual buildings into operation. We primarily need to implement measures to achieve energy savings.
