The subject of the project is energy-saving measures at the office building f. HMM Reality, s.r.o. in Brno, Vídeňská 153/119b, whose premises are subsequently rented. This involves implementing several energy-saving measures leading to an overall reduction in primary energy consumption of more than 30% and, consequently, to the reduction of greenhouse gases produced. Implementation will have a positive impact from both an environmental and an economic point of view, when operating costs will be reduced.
