PUB GAS was established in 2015 and since its inception has been engaged in mediation of real estate rental for business purposes in the Vinohradská industrial complex. The project primarily aims to achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption in the PUB GAS building, which will serve as an administrative space and guesthouse on the plot No. 2503/27, k. ú. Brno-Černovice. The investment in the project will implement measures aimed at energy saving, in accordance with the energy assessment.
