The aim of the project is to reduce the consumption of drinking water through the acquisition of new technologies, namely an automatic dishwasher and a boiling boiler. Compared to the current total average consumption, which is 1 416 m3 per year, there will be a decrease of about 316.8 m3 to a total average annual value of 1 099.2 m3 of water consumed (22%).
