The project is based on the possibility of recycling the waste produced by us and optimizing production for higher productivity. After obtaining the technique, we are able to recycle inlet channels of new pressed products and scrap production. We can use this pulp for up to 10% share in new moldings. By adjusting the lines to only one type of molding (one size and colour), the production speed is increased by up to 6 seconds and the scrap rate is reduced. This is reflected in the saving of material and energy.
