The TECHSCALE project brings together the unique potential of three excellent research teams in order to bring new technological solutions to current global challenges. As part of the project, we will create a new class of nanomaterials prepared using precise uniatomic engineering. Applications will be targeted to the areas of diagnostics, teranostics, chemical catalysis and energy storage, including assessing their societal impacts and regulatory aspects. Major new discoveries will push current knowledge beyond the nanoworld.
