The aim of the project is a breakthrough towards ultra-high IT capacity, speed and energy efficiency that is not achievable within conventional semiconductor and ferromagnetic technologies. The project is based on our original concept of terapheroic nanostructures combining non-volatility with THz velocity, which opens the possibility of achieving fundamental physical limits in the reduction of the spatial, temporal and energy scale in digital IT and the implementation of highly efficient neuromorphic IT.
