The Czech Republic is an associated member of the international large research infrastructure FAIR from ESFRI Roadmap, European significance, built near Darmstadt (SRN). The Czech Research Infrastructure FAIR-CZ (Road Map of the Czech Republic of Large Infrastructures for VVI 2010-2026) addresses the Czech Republic's approach to FAIR and thus Czech research in nuclear and particle (hadron) physics (CBM, HADES and PANDA), nuclear astrophysics (NuSTAR), biophysics and radiobiology (BIOMAT@APPA). The project is focused on Czech investments directly related to FAIR.
