The project aims to modernise and strengthen the large research infrastructure (VVI) of CzeCOS - a unique platform for interdisciplinary research on the impacts of global climate change (GZK) on terrestrial ecosystems. Modernization of key elements of CzeCOS VVI (observational, analytical, handling and infr. for DPZ) will enable comprehensive research of GZK at international level, wider involvement in European research infrastructures (e.g. ICOS, AnaEE and EUFAR) and will contribute to the fulfilment of the Czech Republic's commitments in the field of research and mitigation of GZK.
