The objectives and activities of the project are aimed at developing the capacities and competences needed to create the conditions for strengthening smart specialization in research, development and innovation, for deepening cooperation between actors across the triple/quadruple helix spheres, i.e. for further development of the regional innovation ecosystem. Project activities are based on priorities defined by regional RIS3 strategies. Outputs will contribute to the transformation of the economy, economic development and the shift towards a knowledge-based economy.
