The project is based on the need to ensure a quality learning environment and the development of material and technical security for students with specific needs at VŠB-TUO. By reconstructing the premises of the Central Library, the University will acquire the previously missing premises for the Counselling Centre for Students with Special Needs with modern equipment that will enable the provision of a wide range of services. The barrier-free modification of the access area to Menza will allow better access for immobile and otherwise handicapped students.
