The central article represents an addition to the educational system of an essential structural element of support in the institutional area, which, through processes and knowledge of the environment, will contribute to the professionalization of school management, support for founders, effective setting up of the educational system, creating a level playing field for education and, as a result, will contribute to fulfilling the objectives of the Education Policy Strategy of the Czech Republic for 2030 and improving the quality of education.
