The project will focus on education and training of employees of the University of Ostrava (OU) for teaching and further development of competences. Study failure, federal and consulting activities are another priority of the project. Evaluation, remuneration, integration of foreign and new employees are the next chapter. As part of the internationalization of the OU, study programmes will be created and study courses in foreign languages will be introduced. Promotion of study programmes, activities of faculties will support interest in study.
