The aim of the project is to comprehensively improve the quality of education at TBU in Zlín by developing the competencies of TBU staff in Zlín, developing work with students, including support for students with specific needs and support for those interested in studying, developing study programmes through digitalisation, developing internationalization, all while developing the strategic management of the institution. The project is based on the strategic objectives of the TBU in Zlín as defined in the TBU Strategic Plan for the period 21+.
