The project aims to strengthen the strategic management and improve the process of securing the key activities of the University of Economics in Prague through system outputs that will lead to a lasting improvement of the given activities even after the end of the project. Within 8 key activities, the University of Economics in Prague will focus mainly on the care of human capital, active support of students on the basis of different parts of their study trip, internationalization of doctoral studies, higher interconnection of study programmes with practice and care for students with specific needs.
