The project will focus on facilitating the access of migrants/asylum and migrant women/asylum women to the labour market in the Czech Republic. A comprehensive programme of support services will be established to improve their readiness to obtain stable employment appropriate to their qualifications or to obtain a new qualification. The project will provide clients with services including job counselling, training, qualification and retraining courses and job placement with the aim of their permanent placement on the labour market.
