The aim of the project is to prepare children for leaving institutional care and their integration into working life. The CS will strengthen general, executive and vocational training aimed at increasing practical skills with emphasis on employment in their future employment through the implementation of a wide range of activities - professional and practical workshops, mentoring, coaching, etc. In the next phase of the project, contact will be facilitated in finding a future employer and placing the CS in new jobs.
