The project is primarily aimed at increasing the employment of people who fled the war from Ukraine and now reside in the Liberec Region. It also aims to integrate these people into the Czech environment, which serves as a prevention against the creation of socially excluded localities. Individual key activities are mainly focused on increasing language readiness and gaining orientation in the Czech socio-economic environment. A minimum of 220 people will enter the project, with a minimum of 50 finding employment.
