The project will focus on facilitating the access of migrants/asylum and migrant women/asylum women to the labour market and the start-up of business in the Czech Republic. The project is based on a comprehensive programme of support services that will improve the readiness of candidates to get a job or start a business. The project will provide clients with services including job counselling, training, qualification and retraining courses, business start-up counselling and job placement with the aim of improving their living conditions.
