The project will increase the employment of people who have long been unemployed in Šumpersk and Jeseník. It will use both the current offer of job vacancies and the applicant's good relations with local companies. The project will be a "bridge" between the socially risky situation of the long-term unemployed and the available job offer. It will provide an adapted local employment programme (motivation, counselling, retraining, work training, etc.) based on an individual approach and the principle of permeability.
