The project addresses the problem of low use of flexible forms of work and, at the same time, unanchored gender diversity in the beneficiary who is a provider of residential social services (a home for the elderly with a special regime). The successful resolution of these problems, together with the publication of the main outputs of the project, will not only help the beneficiary's employees and the beneficiary itself, but can be inspiring for the entire sector of residential social services providers, for which the situation is very similar.
