The aim of the project, implemented in the company TRUMF International s.r.o. focused on the development, production and sale of spices, is to create and offer existing and potentially new employees from the labour market such flexible working conditions (flexibility tools) to satisfy not only the needs of employees and the effective involvement of all genders, ages and social statuses, but also to ensure the long-term sustainability of the workforce and the competitiveness of the company.
