The project is aimed at addressing shortcomings in the field of diversity and flexible working culture at the Central European Institute of Technology (CEITEC), specifically in the areas of more balanced representation of women and men, flexibility of work and management of maternity and parental leave. In-depth analyses of the above-mentioned problems and their causes will be carried out, strategies will be designed on the basis of them, and specific measures will be implemented, including the training of managers and staff/nothing in the HR department.
