The project deals with the issue of equality, diversity, flexibility and support for a more balanced representation of women in decision-making positions in FNUSA. Through its activities, it will contribute to changing the culture of the institution so that women and parents of young children will become a full part of the work teams and the introduction of MD/RD management will create a program to support systematic cooperation with this target group. In addition, a mentoring programme will be created to support women's career development.
