The project is based on the results of a questionnaire survey from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, which showed suitable directions to improve the applicant's working culture. The applicant, in cooperation with the partner, responds to these requirements by expanding the offer of flexible working forms and increasing the inclusion of employees on the applicant's side. The aim of the project is to support the applicant in his efforts to be a modern, attractive employer and to maintain or increase the monitored index of flexibility and inclusion in the long term.
