Flexi@work Randstad is a project that aims to support the development of a flexible work culture through a new strategy and tools, and to implement and systematically grasp the management of maternity and parental leave in the company. Activities within the project are focused on the analysis of possibilities of extending flexibility to new forms and on the introduction of formalized management of cooperation with parents at the MD/RD, including the introduction of a program of their professional development.
