The aim of the project is to set changes in working culture and working conditions in the Czech floorball. The project consists of complex activities (covering both flexibility and diversity) including: analysis of the current situation, creation of strategies (documents), processes for flexibility and diversity, employee education and management, implementation of recommended flexible forms of work, implementation of diversity and inclusion, MD/RD management, creation of a professional and personal development system and also management tools.
