TBU in Zlín is one of the largest employers in Zlín. The aim of the project is to create and offer existing and new employees conditions in the field of diversity and flexible working culture, allowing to meet not only the needs of employees, but also to ensure the long-term sustainability of the workforce and the competitiveness of the organization. Based on the analysis of problem areas, TBU will optimize, eventually create and pilot the set-up of internal processes and systems, including the improvement of internal communication processes.
