Choosing a profession without stereotypes in the Pilsen Region On a European scale, the Czech Republic is one of the countries with a very below-average representation of women in technical and ICT fields, which has a number of negative consequences in the economic and social spheres. On the contrary, men are minimally represented in the fields of education and training, as well as in health and social care.
