On a European scale, the Czech Republic is one of the countries with a very below-average representation of women in technical and ICT fields, which has a number of negative consequences in the economic and social spheres. On the contrary, men are minimally represented in the fields of education and training, as well as in health and social care. The main objective of the project is to reduce gender segregation in education in the region and adjacent areas and to increase students' interest in gender non-stereotypical studies.
