The project called Age Management for MMV is focused on the implementation of the concepts and principles of age management into the organization. The specific objective of the project is to implement the concept in all internal documents of the organization through key activities, such as the human resources management strategy, and also through education to enable employees to develop and maintain their working skills at the highest possible level. Overlap of the project is an effort to change the view of the aging process in general.
