The submitted project of Ceiba s.r.o. focuses on the introduction of age management into standard company processes. Management thus responds to the lack of skilled workers in the labour market, but also to the ageing structure of employees. Since management does not have the knowledge of modern human resources management, it decided to solve this issue project-wise.
