The project deals with the implementation of the age management strategy into the management of F.X. Meiller Slaný. The project includes an analysis of the current state of the organization and a proposal of measures to be implemented to reduce the negative impacts of ageing workers on the organization. These measures include the development of an age management strategy, the development of workers' skills and abilities, the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and the improvement of the ergonomics of the working environment.
