The aim of the project is the further professional training of the applicant's employees in the form of the implementation of training courses related to the development of the knowledge, abilities and skills required for the exercise of the profession, with an emphasis on the support of people over 55 years of age. The project will contribute to the acquisition of new competencies of the applicant's employees, reduce the mismatch between the skills level of the workforce and the requirements of the labour market, and at the same time increase the adaptability of the workforce and the employer to changes in the labour market.
