The subject of the project is the corporate training of employees in the company Děčín Transport Company, a.s. The aim of the project is to increase the qualification of employees through the implementation of further professional training. The duration of the project is 24 months. The output of the project is supported by 110 employees, of which 19 are 55+ employees. The implementation of the project will make it possible to improve the quality of personnel capacity and thus increase the competitiveness of the company.
