The subject of the project will be the creation of microsimulation models for the purpose of strategic decision-making and the creation of expert analyses in the field of the labour market and employment policies. A high-quality data base will be created in this area - mapping the available data, adding new data and linking them. As a result, SW tools will be developed to provide analytical outputs from the labour market. There will also be training for designated O44 employees to be able to use the created tools effectively.
