The aim of the project is to support the social inclusion of socially excluded people and people at risk of social exclusion, including the removal of barriers in their access to employment, to housing, to renew social contacts and to solve the debt situation, assistance to victims of domestic violence, assistance to families at risk of long-term crisis social situations and persons with disabilities or combined diagnoses. This project will be implemented through the financial provision of social care and social prevention services.
