The project addresses social exclusion or the threat of social exclusion of the inhabitants of a rural region in the foothills of the Iron Mountains in the Vysočina Region. The activities will have a positive impact on CS people and provide services beyond the basic activities of social services, complementing them with early intervention and thus accelerating the process of positive change for people who find themselves in a difficult life situation. The project will set up the necessary dialogue between the public administration, SS providers and other local actors for effective change.
