The problem addressed is poor access to healthcare for CS and inadequate health prevention and care. CS of the project are persons socially excluded, or at risk of exclusion, residing in the territory of the city of Ostrava, especially from SVL and residential hotels. The main objectives are to increase the availability of health care covered by public health insurance (PHI) for CS and to increase the level of health prevention and self-care and the health of dependants in CS.
