The solved problem is the indebtedness and over-indebtedness of persons from Ostrava residential hotels, SVL and other areas of increased social exclusion according to the Methodology for the Identification of Residential Segregation Sites, Socially Excluded or by the Exclusion of at least endangered, additionally and elsewhere living indebted persons from Ostrava. A large part of the CS project consists of the Romani minority. The aim is to reduce indebtedness and the rate of social exclusion as a result for project participants, through debt counselling and mediation support.
