The project is focused on the creation and implementation of a comprehensive program of support for people socially excluded and at risk of social exclusion residing in the territory of Prague 3. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the applicant R-Mosty z.s. and the partner of the City of Prague 3 through direct professional work (advice, self-help and therapeutic groups, field work with the health service and support of migrants) and will focus on preventing and addressing negative aspects related to social exclusion of selected groups of people.
