The aim of the project is to extend the system-led approach and innovative elements among the implementers of social housing in the Czech Republic and to increase the number of people informed about social housing in the Czech Republic. The National Contact Centre will provide methodological and informational support to social housing implementers across the Czech Republic, create methodological materials, training, examples of good practice and other outputs for disseminating and educating social housing actors. Innovative approaches will be piloted (coordination of social housing in wider territories through the Housing Contact Point and a social real estate agency). These will be enhanced with research and analytical materials and will subsequently help to effectively transfer to the system level as well as to spread good practice.
