The project is focused on expert advice and analytical support in identifying the causes and problems associated with the social exclusion of the population and in implementing changes and measures leading to the improvement of the situation and status of socially excluded persons and socially excluded persons at risk of exclusion in 40 territorial units. The project is in line with the KPSV 2021plus methodology, supports the application of the principles of evidence-based policy as well as the use of resources from OPZ 2021-2027 leading to the fulfilment of the proposed measures in the strategic plans.
