The aim of the project is to create conditions for unifying the approach to children at risk by setting an optimal model and basic standards, processes and procedures of multidisciplinary cooperation across departments and creating a unified communication strategy for comprehensible information to all actors and the public on SPOD issues. Particular attention is paid to the possibilities of developing the participation of children in the decision-making processes of the SPOD system and the development of a functional system of professional support for SPOD staff.
